After the site struggled to meet operational deadlines, ARC mobilised experienced trades to complete the full installation within six months. Following successful delivery in 2022, ARC was recalled in August 2025 for executive accommodation and gold thickener construction — with new works ongoing on site today.
Main camp installation was falling behind commissioning deadlines. Previous contractors struggled with the remote Kalgoorlie location and coordinating multiple building types simultaneously — kitchen facilities, offices, gymnasium, laundries, mess facilities and accommodation, all on tight timeframes.

Myers manages all operational coordination, project administration and logistics for ARC's concurrent remote sites. With FIFO plumbing experience and deep knowledge of on-site challenges, Myers brings practical understanding to every project plan — coordinating subcontractor teams of 40+ personnel across multiple locations, ensuring efficient mobilisation and consistent delivery standards.
AJ brings over 20 years in the construction industry, beginning his career as a carpenter before progressing through Health & Safety, Site Supervisor and Site Manager roles. For the past 8+ years he has focused on project management, delivering projects ranging from $3 million to $25 million — from childcare centres, abattoirs and food processing facilities to townhouses, warehouses and complex commercial developments — across new builds, extensions, civil works and fit-outs, including major infrastructure and accommodation projects for the mining sector Australia-wide. Passionate about seeing projects evolve from design to completion, particularly in design-and-construct (D&C) settings, AJ's approach is grounded in meticulous planning, clear communication and collaboration.
